50ml West Winds Gin Wild Plum
20ml Fresh Lemon
20ml Sugar Syrup
White of one egg

Method
1.Add all but soda to cocktail tin with one cube of ice and shake
2.Open and fill shaker with ice and shake again
3.Fine strain into chilled glass
4.Top with Soda
