The West Winds Bush Tomato

Our native Bush Tomato is gathered by a local Aboriginal tribe in Northern Territory, as many species of bush tomato are poisonous, so we rely on the incredible knowledge of the Aboriginal people to pick the correct species. It adds a lovely savoury background to the gins reminisent of a sun dried tomato, offering back ground spice, almost 'Vegemitey' in taste. Gives the gin a real depth of flavour.
