So to up the ante a little, we're introducing The West Winds Sur Lie Gin to really elevate this classic to something extra special.
Why? Because if you're going to make a cocktail on a Sunday, we think it should be a religious experience.
Sur Lie Gin Fizz:
50ml Sur Lie Gin
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
sparkling water
a slice of lemon
Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and fill up with ice cubes. Shake well then strain into a glass filled with more ice, and top up with sparkling water.
